Contact Lens King has always been prompt with their shipping and communication. Too bad they now have a huge 'processing fee'... instead of changing their prices. Have had several orders made through them over the years, and have always been happy with them.

Adding to my review... customer service is on the ball! They were given false information from my Optometrist's office that my prescription was expired and contacted me immediately and we took care of it right then and my order was not delayed.
